Moving forward in terms of discretion, what is serious and worrying is the capacity that it gives to this Agency to establish or participate in the capital of all types of commercial companies, whose corporate purpose is linked to the aims and objectives of the Agency . That is, one more step to commercialize, within the so-called “public-private collaboration”, health activities such as concerts, Framework agreements to reduce waiting lists, or any other activity such as purchases, setting up structures. ad hoc, promote private consortia to provide primary care, etc. This further introduces private companies not only in the provision, but also in the management and administration of public resources.
